Our Advisors
All our advisors are experts and accomplished practitioners in their respective fields. Other than bringing along with them their lifetime of diverse knowledge and experience, they all are in alignment and synergy with the shared vision of equitable and sustainable well-being for all.

Naghma
Naghma has for 20 years worked with Social Purpose Organisations and taught at institutions such Delhi School of Social Work, School of Planning & Architecture, Ambedkar University and University of Pittsburgh. Her forte is designing and facilitating learning experiences. She has mentored young people and youth-led organizations across India. Currently, she is part of the founding team and board of Rubaroo, Hyderabad and Trustee of Had Anhad, Indore.

Dr. Rohit
Dr. Rohit Garg is a highly accomplished psychiatrist with an inspiring journey. He pursued his M.B.B.S in Pune and M.D in Psychiatry in Lucknow. With extensive experience at AIIMS specializing in de-addiction and rehabilitation, he now focuses on adult, child, and geriatric disorders. Dr. Garg's charitable work, including free OPDs, is reflective of his compassion for the underprivileged. Founder of "The Mind Vriksha," he aims to spread awareness about mental health, envisioning a chain of psychiatry clinics nationwide. His numerous awards and recognitions testify to his dedication, but he values his patients' well-being above all else.

Dr. Kamal Khurana
Dr. Kamal Khurana has over 12 years of experience in coaching and training individuals and couples on marriage and relationship issues. He is skilled in counselling people from diverse backgrounds, has undergone training from prestigious institutes in India and the US, and has also trained in the Six Sigma Green Belt. Dr. Khurana is educated in electronics, telecommunication, management, and psychology, allowing him to employ algorithm-based solution strategies and processes. He excels at analyzing needs, evaluating end-user requirements, and custom designing solutions. Additionally, he is adept at implementing process-based solutions to empower individuals with an innovative approach.

Pooja
Pooja is an accomplished HR professional with 18+ years of experience in diverse Corporate and Manufacturing environments. She is also a certified PPA Practitioner and Assessment Centre Analyst who excels in talent mapping, employer branding, and communication. Pooja is committed to promoting mental health and well-being and she believes in the transformative power of active listening and empathetic support. Her mission is to create a positive work environment where well-being is a top priority for all, fostering health, happiness, and overall well-being.

Prof. Srilatha
Srilatha Juvva is a social work educator and Professor at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences in Mumbai. She is a practitioner coach, trained in Dr. Monica Sharma’s Radical Transformational Leadership and applies this to transform higher education and service delivery in the sectors of mental health and disability. She also uses these tools and templates to transform disempowering narratives of mental health and disability by fostering dignity, full potential and ethical leadership in people.
